Laura Garanzuay Studio
Laura has worked in metals for seventeen years. She has a structural engineering background and extensive experience in the field of industrial design. She has produced work for several architects in Austin and created numerous private commissions. And has worked successfully with a variety of durable materials from cast concrete, cast hydra stone, wood, metals using traditional techniques and computerized abrasive water jet processes to mosaic works. She is familiar with prevailing standards of industrial design — beauty, efficiency, safety, convenience, durability and maintenance. In her studio, she creates residential and commercial architectural installations, furniture, lighting and fine art. She can create an exciting work that engages and inspires the viewer and will apply her experience and knowledge in creating a thoughtful work for you. |
